The PCC is your voice in the fight against crime by representing you and your concerns when it comes to the needs of your community.

The Commissioner ensures that the policing needs of Lancashire communities are met as effectively and efficiently as possible.

The CommissionerThe Police and Crime Commissioner for Lancashire is Clive Grunshaw.

The Commissioner's OfficeThe Commissioner is supported by a small team working for the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) in the delivery of the Police and Crime Plan and other statutory duties.

ElectionsPolice and Crime Commissioners are elected every four years. The last election was in May 2024 and the next election will take place at the end of May 2028.

Police and Crime PanelThe Police and Crime Panel (PCP) will have the power to scrutinise Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) activities, including the ability to review the Police and Crime Plan.
