Connect with Lancashire's Police and Crime Commissioner – Now on WhatsApp
Lancashire’s Police and Crime Commissioner, Clive Grunshaw, has launched a dedicated WhatsApp community to keep Lancashire residents up to date with the latest updates, news and initiatives covering crime and policing in Lancashire.
By signing up, residents can be the first to hear about important announcements, community safety updates, and opportunities to get involved.
Anyone with Whatsapp installed on their device can join by using the sign-up link and choosing the ‘join community’ option. Users can press the notification icon, which is in the shape of a bell, to receive notifications.
WhatsApp users who join the Commissioner’s channel will not be able to see other members’ details unless they are already connected on WhatsApp outside of the channel.
The Commissioner’s Office is committed to keeping messages relevant and respectful of your time. Subscribers will receive regular updates, but will not be overwhelmed with messages.
In addition to WhatsApp, information about the work of the Commissioner and his Office is also regularly shared on Facebook, X, Nextdoor and In The Know.
